Plans & Staff Permissions
Your plan determines feature availability and usage limits. Permissions determine which staff members can View, Create, Update or Delete within an available feature.
The 24 website feature groups share 19 application permission panels. Menu items, combos, daily specials and ingredients share a panel; tables and orders share another. Staff profiles, payroll and shifts are grouped, as are reservations, events, licenses, equipment and complaints. Reports include GST reporting and export.
Only supported actions can be assigned. Bill History, Dashboard, Customer Feedback and Reports are view-only. Kitchen Display supports View and Update; Cash Register and Food Wastage Tracking support View, Create and Update. Cleanliness Checks support View and staff Create. Staff permissions do not override plan limits, and public customer pages are not staff permission panels.

You can manage your plan from the app's Subscription settings. Choose Free, Starter, Pro or Business according to your restaurant's needs. Review the confirmation screen for when a change takes effect and any limit changes.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Tulasi Restaurants works 100% offline for core operations like billing and orders. Data syncs to the cloud when you reconnect. The Android and Windows apps work without any internet.
